are out or whatever no matter what weight you are people will make those comments all people might support you which is great but some people will be like that do not let people put you off doing it you know when I started counting calories and things like that I'm not you know obsessed or anything I enjoy it because I'm an organized person and I love counting calories because it's a part of organization and planning and I love it but don't let people say to you don't do this don't do that it's really bad it's gonna make you unhealthy and it's gonna make you you know ill if you count your calories because yes that does
